Wyoming Congresswoman Liz Cheney has condemned both Joe Biden and Donald Trump for the “American surrender” in Afghanistan. Cheney, whose father, Dick Cheney, was US vice-president when the invasion of Afghanistan was launched, has been a vocal opponent of her fellow Republican, Donald Trump, blaming him for the Capitol Hill riot on 6 January.
