President of Ukraine Volodymyr Zelensky thanked U.S. President Joe Biden for the decision on additional supplies of COVID-19 vaccine to Ukraine, noting that by helping each other, the pandemic can be overcome.
“Appreciate the decision of Joe Biden to supply additional doses of COVID-19 vaccine to Ukraine. Strategic partnership of Ukraine and U.S. is strengthened in jointly solving such global challenges. I believe that supporting each other we’ll be able to end the pandemic worldwide,” Zelensky wrote on Twitter.
As reported, the Administration of U.S. President Joe Biden presented a proposed plan for the distribution of the first 25 million doses of COVID-19 vaccines, which Ukraine will also receive.
