Zelensky tells Trump joint efforts of EU, US may help stop war in Donbas

Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelensky says that the joint efforts of the European Union and the United States can help stop the war in Donbas, eastern Ukraine.

“We understand that only jointly the EU and the U.S. can help stop the war in Donbas,” he said at a meeting with U.S. President Donald Trump.

Zelensky says that Ukraine needs not just “help, but support.”
