President of Ukraine Volodymyr Zelensky has appointed Roman Leshchenko as the Presidential Commissioner for Land Affairs (non-staff).

Corresponding decree No. 727/2019 of October 1 was published on the official website of the head of the Ukrainian state.

The presidential portal says that Leshchenko graduated from the Law Faculty of Taras Shevchenko National University of Kyiv, has a Ph.D. in law. Since 2013, he has been teaching at the Shevchenko University. He is a deputy of the Zhashkivsky district council (Kyiv region).
