Bill No. 10340, submitted to the Verkhovna Rada by President of Ukraine Volodymyr Zelenskiy on a special procedure for removing the president from the post (impeachment), has been sent to the parliamentary committee on legal policy and justice.

This draft law was registered in parliament on May 29. It is intended to detail and clarify the provisions of the articles of the Constitution of Ukraine, which define the legal basis for a special procedure for removing the president from office.
