The Index for Monitoring of Reforms (iMoRe) is +0,6 points for the period from Dec. 10-23, on a scale of -5,0 to +5,0. In the previous round the index was the same +0,6 points. The major events of this round are changes to the Tax and Budget codes from “budget package-2019”. Experts pointed on serious reservations about particular provisions of these laws.
