Ukraine could start providing second citizenship to Ukraine for ethnic Ukrainians living abroad.
Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelensky has ordered that the Ministry of Foreign Affairs develop a relevant mechanism, the President’s Office reported on Facebook.
