Ukrainian members of the Joint Centre for Control and Co-ordination (JCCC) in Donbas have said statements made by Russia-controlled occupying authorities regarding plans to launch the disengagement of troops and weapons in the village of Petrivske, Donetsk region, on Nov. 4 is an act of provocation.
