The Memorandum provides for preparation of preliminary feasibility study of the concession (construction and operation) of the Kyiv – Bila Tserkva highway (new direction) and the first stage of the Ring Road in Kyiv (new area of highway M-06 Kyiv – Chop to road M-05 Kyiv – Odesa), the Office of the National Investment Council reports.
The memo was signed by the Deputy Head of the State Agency of Motor Roads of Ukraine Oleksandr Kharchenko and Commercial Director of Bouygues Travaux Publics SAS Jean-Denis Arnal.
