Ukraine's Ministry of Foreign affairs is responsible for visa legislation and making sure that the laws have been implemented.

The Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Ukraine introduces issuance of electronic visas for entry into Ukraine to citizens of 52 countries starting from January 1, 2019.

“Starting from January 1, 2019, the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Ukraine will provide centralized issuance of electronic visas to citizens of 52 countries of the world based on the expanded list of grounds for entry into Ukraine,” the Foreign Ministry press service reports.
