Ukrinform: Merkel appoints commissioner for gas transit through Ukraine

German Chancellor Angela Merkel has appointed Bernhard Graf von Waldersee as the German government’s authorized representative for gas transit through Ukraine.

Ukraine’s Ambassador to Germany Andriy Melnyk informed this on his Twitter account on September 30.
