You're reading: Ukraine’s president to hold talks with Bulgarian PM in Kyiv on Saturday

President of Ukraine Petro Poroshenko will hold talks with Prime Minister of the Republic of Bulgaria Boyko Borisov, who will be in Ukraine on a visit on Saturday, May 26.

“The officials will discuss a wide range of topical issues on the bilateral and international agenda, including those in the context of Bulgaria’s Presidency of the Council of the European Union since January 1, 2018,” the Ukrainian presidential administration’s press service said on Friday evening.

Poroshenko and Borisov will also discuss preparations for the 20th anniversary of the Ukraine-EU summit to be held in Brussels on July 9, 2018.

The president of Ukraine and the prime minister of Bulgaria will make a statement for the media after the talks.
