Russia-occupation forces violated the ceasefire regime once since the beginning of the day and as of 5 p.m. on April 9, opening fire at Ukrainian positions in the area of the village of Luhanske in Bakhmut district of Donetsk region, according to the Joint Forces Operation’s (JFO) Facebook page.

“Not far from the village of Luhanske, the enemy fired at the positions of our defenders from automatic heavy grenade launchers. There are no casualties among servicemen performing tasks in the JFO zone,” the report said.

At the same time, the report said that the units of the Armed Forces of Ukraine are at positions and steadfastly comply with the commitments on a comprehensive ceasefire, reached within the framework of the Trilateral Contact Group.

Meanwhile the pyrotechnic crews of the State Emergency Service of Ukraine cleared almost 3.46 hectares of land in the JFO zone and transferred 107 explosive objects for destruction.
