The Verkhovna Rada has adopted at the second reading and in general law on the Disciplinary Regulations of the National Police of Ukraine (No. 4670)
The corresponding government initiative was generally supported at the second reading by 251 people’s deputies in the plenary session on March 15.
The Charter defines the essence of official discipline in the National Police, the powers and duties of policemen and their leaders, types of incentives and disciplinary sanctions, as well as the procedure for their application and appeal.
