Pope on Christmas Day reminds of need to achieve peace in Ukraine

Pope Francis during the traditional Christmas address to “Urbi et Orbi” (to the City and the World) in the Vatican city on December 25 urged the faithful to think about vital international problems.

In particular, the Pope said he supports the people of Ukraine and hopes for a lasting peace there.
