More than half of Ukrainians (56 percent) do not support the provision of the special status to Donbas and enshrining it in the Constitution of Ukraine, according to a survey conducted by the Razumkov Center from October 4 through October 9, 2019.
The majority of respondents (56 percent) oppose the provision of a special status for certain territories of Donetsk and Luhansk regions and enshrining it in the Constitution of Ukraine (only 26 percent of respondents support it). The idea of introducing a federal structure in Ukraine is not supported by 63 percent of respondents, while 17 percent support it.
