OSCE says hoping sides reach agreement on Donbas prisoner exchange

MINSK – OSCE Special Representative to the Trilateral Contact Group (TCG) on Ukraine Martin Sajdik has expressed hope that TCG participants reach an agreement on a Donbas prisoner exchange at their next meeting in Minsk on Oct. 15.

“I very much hope for this. Everyone wants it very much. The sides are working very hard on this matter,” Sajdik said, when asked by Interfax on Oct. 1.
