Verkhovna Rada Commissioner for Human Rights Liudmyla Denisova has discussed with Coordinator of the OSCE Special Monitoring Mission (SMM) Toni Frisch his visit to Donbas to visit Ukrainian prisoners in the temporarily occupied territories.
“We’ve discussed the results of his visits to prisoners in the east of Ukraine. He said that he was not able to visit all the prisoners who were indicated in the list submitted by the Ukrainian side,” she wrote on her Facebook page on October 4 evening.
Denisova also noted that the Russian side asked Frisch to visit prisoners held in Ukraine, and gave him a list of these persons.
