Illegal armed groups violated the ceasefire regime in Donbas 15 times during the past 24 hours, one Ukrainian serviceman was wounded in action, the press service of the Joint Forces Operation (JFO) headquarters has said.
“Russia-led armed groups violated the ceasefire regime and mounted 15 attacks on the JFO’s positions in past 24 hours. On April 29, the enemy used proscribed 120mm and 82 mm mortars, as well as armored infantry vehicle weapons, an anti-aircraft gun, heavy machine guns and small arms… As a result of shelling attacks on April 28, one Ukrainian defender was wounded in action,” it said on Facebook on April 30 morning.
The enemy attacked Ukraine’s positions near Verkhniotoretske, Novomykhailivka, Pavlopil, Hnutove, Starohnativka, Taramchuk, Avdiyivka, Maryinka, Novotoshkivske, Orikhove and Novozvanivka.
According to the Ukrainian intelligence data, Ukrainian servicemen killed one and wounded at least two members of illegal armed groups on April 29.
