Illegal armed groups have violated the ceasefire regime in Donbas ten times on Feb. 21, no casualties reported among Ukrainian soldiers, the Ukrainian military reported.
“Today, Russia-occupation armed groups have violated the ceasefire regime ten times. The enemy shelled our positions using 120mm and 82mm mortars, which are prohibited by the Minsk Agreements, as well as grenade launchers of various types, heavy machine guns and small arms,” Joint Forces Operation (JFO) said on Facebook.
Six attacks were mounted in the area of responsibility of the Skhid (East) task force near Krasnohorivka, Pavlopil, Lebedynske, Novotroyitske and Pisky.
Russia-backed separatists mounted four attacks in the area of responsibility of the Pivnich (North) task force near Orikhove, Luhanske, Travneve and Novotoshkivske.
“Today, on Feb. 21, no casualties have been reported among the JFO servicemen as a result of the enemy attacks,” reads the statement.
