Naftogaz Ukrainy has received a formal proposal from Gazprom, Naftogaz Executive Director Yuriy Vitrenko said on his Facebook page on Nov. 18 evening.
“We have finally received via fax the formal proposal from Gazprom about which every media outlet has been writing. We will study it carefully and present a constructive response shortly,” Vitrenko said.
