Russian Human Rights Commissioner Tatyana Moskalkova has arrived at the Bely Medved (Polar Bear) penal colony in the Yamal-Nenets Autonomous District to meet with convicted Ukrainian filmmaker Oleg Sentsov.
“I have come to the Bely Medved penitentiary together with the human rights commissioner of the Yamal-Nenets Autonomous District, Anatoly Sak, to meet with Oleg Sentsov,” Moskalkova wrote on Instagram.
Ukrainian Verkhovna Rada Human Rights Commissioner Liudmyla Denisova, the Ukrainian consul in Yekaterinburg, and Ukrainian journalists arrived at the penitentiary earlier.
