Klimkin says Kyiv notifies Moscow of non-extension of friendship treaty

The Ukrainian Foreign Ministry has forwarded a note to Russia to notify it of the non-extension of the Treaty on Friendship, Cooperation, and Partnership between the two countries, Ukrainian Foreign Minister Pavlo Klimkin said.

“We delivered the relevant note to Russia today,” Klimkin said at a news briefing in Kyiv on September 21.
