Minister of Foreign Affairs and International Cooperation of Italy Luigi Di Maio will pay a working visit to Ukraine at the invitation of Minister of Foreign Affairs of Ukraine Dmytro Kuleba on Thursday, June 10, the press service of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Ukraine reports.
The ministers will hold talks, the key topics of which will be the development of a political dialogue between Ukraine and Italy, the intensification of investment cooperation, an increase in trade, support for Ukraine’s European and Euro-Atlantic integration, and strengthening interaction within international organizations.
The parties will also pay special attention to the situation in the temporarily occupied territories of Ukraine and efforts to promote a political and diplomatic settlement of the Russian-Ukrainian armed conflict.
Following the talks, Kuleba and Di Maio will make press statements. The ministers will also open the Ukrainian-Italian business forum.
