Humanitarian aid from the Swiss Agency for Development and Cooperation (SDC) worth of CHF 2.7 million has been delivered to Donbas, the press service of the Ministry of Temporary Occupied Territories and Internally Displaced Persons of Ukraine informs.

“Within the framework of the 10th humanitarian mission, from May 21 to June 5, 2019, the Swiss Agency for Development and Cooperation (SDC) delivered humanitarian aid both to the temporarily occupied part of Donbas and to the territories controlled by the Ukrainian government. More than 2,500 tonnes of chemicals for water treatment got into the Ukrainian water utility company Voda Donbasu located on both sides of the disengagement line, in particular, in the temporarily occupied Donetsk, controlled Pokrovsk and Mariupol,” the official website of the ministry said on June 6 night.

In addition, the SDC delivered the most necessary medical equipment and supplies to hospitals in the occupied Donetsk and Luhansk. And on June 5, they transferred medical equipment to medical institutions of Luhansk region located in the territories controlled by the government of Ukraine.
