Ukraine is experiencing a unique moment when the Minsk agreements can be implemented, and the so-called “Zelensky plan” above all provides for an understanding with Ukrainians who remained in the temporarily occupied territories, Foreign Minister Vadym Prystaiko said in an interview with Hromadske.
