Additional coronavirus (COVID-19) test kits produced in Germany have been sent to eight regions of Ukraine, the Health Ministry of Ukraine said in its Telegram channel.

“This will help to speed up the process of testing for COVID-19. As of today, the reference virology reference laboratory of the Public Health Center completely copes with the existing samples,” the ministry said.

Test kits have been supplied or will be delivered in the next few days to Zhytomyr, Ternopil, Dnipro, Vinnytsia, Kyiv, Rivne, Lviv and Zaporizhia.

The ministry did not specify what number of test kits will be supplied to regions.
