A Man Threatened To Blow Up a Kyiv Bridge across the Dnipro whilst firing an assault rifle. The threat halted all passenger traffic across the bridge for hours. Special forces eventually arrested the man with no injuries. The man’s motives were unclear but Kyiv Mayor Vitali Klitschko told reporters that the suspect was intoxicated and delusional.

A Bilateral Withdrawal is in the works for Ukrainian forces along a 450-kilometer frontline in Donbas, a top Ukrainian commander reported. Such a pullback has been delayed for years.

Kyiv’s Deputy Mayor Was Badly Beaten on Sept. 17 in Kyiv’s Solomyansky district. He was hospitalized following the assault.
