Head of the Mejlis of the Crimean Tatar people Refat Chubarov reported that journalist Yevhen Haivoronsky, who supported annexation of Crimea, has been deported from annexed Crimea to a continental part of Ukraine.

“Yevhen Haivoronsky, journalist who has been living in occupied Crimea and who supported actions of Russia on seizure of Crimea during invasion of the Russia troops, today’s night was deported to the continental part of Ukraine,” Chubarov wrote on Facebook.

As Haivoronsky told Chubarov, he accompanied by employees of the Federal Security Service and the Migration Service of Russia was expelled in the Chertkovo-Milove border crossing area between Russia and Ukraine.

“At present, Evhen Haivoronsky should already be in Bakhmut, where he is going to arrive to Kyiv,” Chubarov added.
