Mikheil Saakashvili, the former president of Georgia and former head of Odesa Regional Administration intends to return to Ukraine in the near future as he reported on Facebook.
‘It is the end of this authority with me or without me and I will come back home to Ukraine soon and long before then in three years’, he wrote.
