Minister of Foreign Affairs of Germany Heiko Maas claimed that all efforts of the participants of Normandy Format aimed at the development of the project of possible UN peacekeeping mission in Donbas. Maas claimed this on Sept. 28, having spoken at the UN General Assembly, Interfax-Ukraine reports.
