For many reasons Ukraine does not have any prospects concerning the EU membership for now, as Hugues Mingarelli, EU Ambassador to Ukraine, stated at the roundtable session on Ukraine’s European choice after the Revolution of Dignity (a revolution in Ukraine in 2014, – ed.), Unian reports.
“Turkey along with Balkan countries are the only states which conduct talks to join the European Union. They have a specific prospect for EU membership. As to Ukraine, there is no prospect,” the Ambassador said.
