An officer of Russia’s GRU suspected in the poisoning of Sergey and Yulia Skripals in Salisbury and involved in the transportation of ex-president of Ukraine Viktor Yanukovych to Russia in 2014 was recognized in Ukraine. Arsen Avakov, the Interior Minister of Ukraine claimed this during the meeting with British Security Minister Ben Wallace as the press service of the Ukrainian ministry reported.
