Dynamo Kyiv was ordered to play their next three UEFA competition matches as host club behind closed doors. The club has also been fined 100,000 euros,” reads the official UEFA statement posted on its website on Nov. 25.

The UEFA control and disciplinary body deemed the actions of some the Dynamo fans to be racist, which violated Article 14 of the UEFA disciplinary regulations.

As reported, on October 22, the Control, Ethics and Disciplinary Body of UEFA opened proceedings against Dynamo Kyiv due to the racist behavior of some of the club’s fans who were seen to attack fans of African origin and cause other disturbances, including blocking stairways at the stadium.
