“We want to tell all Ukrainian citizens who are staying on some territories where the counterterrorist operation (ATO) is held in Donetsk and Luhansk regions that Oschadbank will not leave you to sink,” reads the bank’s report.

According to the report, the bank’s board decided to change the addresses of its branches in Donetsk and Luhansk in order to execute cabinet resolution No. 595 of Nov. 7, 2014 (on the transfer of all budget institutions from the rebel-control territory in Luhansk and Donetsk regions to the Kyiv-control territories) and the decision of the National Security and Defense Council of Nov. 4, 2014 enacted by the president decree of Nov. 14, 2014.

Oschadbank also said that the bank is extending operation of its departments in the frontline districts of Donbas.
