Kyiv’s main police office told Interfax-Ukraine that the case was opened under Part 2 of Article 296 (hooliganism) of the Criminal Code of Ukraine.
“A criminal case was opened under Part 2 of Article 296. An investigation is underway. No one has been detained yet,” the police said.
