Some good news.

I’m very pleased to report that, thanks to the hard and much-appreciated work of MST Bronze Ltd and Meest, the last Gareth Jones plaque has been delivered to Kyiv and is now awaiting pick-up by our partners from the Vernadskyi National Library of Ukraine, where it will be installed and unveiled on 4 October 2023, so honoring the Welsh journalist who reported the truth about the Great Famine of 1932-33 in Soviet Ukraine (the Holodomor).

Thanks to everyone who supported this commemorative and educational initiative - we now have trilingual Gareth Jones plaques at two Welsh locations - at the University of Aberystwyth and in his hometown of Barry, as well as this one in Kyiv.

I am glad we got this done in time to mark the 90th year of this genocide.
