Eight families from the towns of Sloviansk and Kramatorsk have
already moved to Poltava region, and the total number of applications
from residents of Ukraine’s east is 17 as of today.
“Families from Donetsk region have found shelter in the city of
Poltava, in Mashevsky and Novosanzharsky districts. The first family
from Sloviansk moved to Kobeliaky on April 19. Three retirees came to
reside in the town of Hrebinka. People call to the Call Center with
questions about kindergartens for children, payment of pensions and
social welfare, employment,” he said.

Buhayets said that the first calls to the Call Center from residents in Donetsk and Luhansk regions took place on April 19.
The center also runs the Autonomous Republic of Crimea project, which
handles requests from residents of Crimea and the city of Sevastopol.
As of today, the Call Center received 79 requests for assistance.
