Six Ukrainian universities are included in the list of the best in the world, according to the European integration portal.
“Six Ukrainian higher education institutions are included in the ranking of the best universities in the world, according to the QS World University Rankings-2020,” the site said.

In particular, V.N. Karazin Kharkiv National University ranked 491, Kyiv National University named after Taras Shevchenko – from 541 to 550, Kharkiv Polytechnic Institute National Technical University – from 651-700, Kyiv Polytechnic Institute named after Ihor Sikorsky – from 701-750, Sumy State University – from 701-750 seats and the Lviv Polytechnic National University – from – 751-800 seats.
It is noted that the title of the best university in 2020 was awarded to the Massachusetts Institute of Technology, in second and third place – Stanford and Harvard. In total, more than a thousand universities from around the world were included in the ranking.
As noted, universities are evaluated on such indicators as reputation in academia, citations of scientific publications of university representatives, the ratio of teachers and students, the ratio of employers to graduates, the relative number of foreign teachers and students.
