The Mykolaiv Business Center in the southern Ukrainian city of Mykolaiv was badly damaged by an overnight missile attack. The windows of the City Center business center have been blown out too. In Dnipropetrovsk Region, Russian troops shelled Kryvorizky District once again. They hit the Zelenodolsk territorial community, including Velyka Kostromka and Zelenodolsk itself. There were no casualties in Velyka Kostromka.
Kharkiv: On the evening of July 13, the occupiers launched rocket attacks, damaging a crucial infrastructure facility in Nemyshlyansky District. There are no casualties.
A rocket hit a furniture shop in Osnovyansk District, causing a fire. A 3-storey building was partially destroyed, and 3 trucks and an important infrastructure facility were damaged.
In the daytime the Russian military shelled Zolochiv, Bohodukhiv District, burning down private houses. They also shelled the Derhachy territorial community, causing fires in houses and farm buildings.
Luhansk Region: Fighting is raging between Ukrainian and Russian forces near Verkhnyokamyansky. The activities of Russian sabotage and reconnaissance groups is observed.
The so-called “government” of the Russia-supported Luhansk people’s republic adopted a resolution according to which pensioners are allowed to work temporarily in the recently occupied territories as well as orders on creating medical institutions, including Lysychansk Central Multidisciplinary Hospital, Lysychansk City Psychiatric Hospital, Lysychansk City Dental Polyclinic, Kreminna Oncology Dispensary, Severodonetsk Central City Multi-disciplinary Hospital, and others.
Donetsk Region: There were missile strikes, three of them were in Kostyantynivka, two others in New York and Kramatorsk.
Slovyansk and Avdiyivka were shelled, and critical industrial facilities for the region, including Zeus Ceramics and the Avdiyivka coke chemical plant, were damaged.
Over the course of July 13, three people were killed and five were injured in Donetsk Region.
Kherson Region: Fighting is going on. More and more settlements are on the verge of destruction. Every day, more and more civilians suffer from explosions and shelling, infrastructure that survived earlier is destroyed, and wheat fields and forests are burning.
