Minsk and Sevastopol have signed an agreement on cooperation, despite the fact that Belarus has not recognized Russian-annexed Crimea as Russian territory, the Belarusian news agency Zerkalo reported on Sep. 10.

“The agreement includes conditions for the export and import of goods, urban economy, cooperation in the fields of culture, education, science, youth policy, as well as “\’patriotic education.’”
It was signed by Minsk Mayor Vladimir Kukharev, and Russian-appointed “governor of Sevastopol” Mikhail Razvozhayev.
