Georgia's constitutional court on Monday ruled that pro-EU President Salome Zurabishvili had breached the constitution by making unauthorized foreign trips, paving the way for her removal.
"The President of Georgia Salome Zurabishvili has breached the constitution" by making foreign visits without the government's consent, the chair of Georgia's constitutional court, Merab Turava said, after the ruling party sought to launch impeachment proceedings.
