The Cabinet of Ministers has appointed former Interior Minister of Georgia Eka Zguladze as First Deputy Minister of Interior Affairs, the Minister of Social Policy Pavlo Rozenko wrote on his Facebook page on Dec. 17. 

“The Cabinet of Ministers has just appointed Eka Zguladze First Deputy Minister of Internal Affairs of Ukraine. She said that it was a conscious choice for her, not adventurism,” Rozenko said on Facebook.

The other day, Ukrainian President Petro Poroshenko reported that he has signed a decree granting Ukrainian citizenship to Ekaterina Zguladze, who is to be appointed Ukraine’s first deputy interior minister.
