Holding international military exercises in Ukraine does not run contrary to the Minsk agreements, Ukrainian President Petro Poroshenko argued in a television program on April 25 evening.
“There neither is nor can be a single word about international exercises in the Minsk agreements. So it is stupid to accuse Ukraine of that,” Poroshenko told Ukraina TV Channel.
