DONETSK - The leadership of the self-proclaimed Donetsk People's Republic is taking all necessary measures to resume talks of the trilateral Contact Group for Ukraine in Minsk as soon as possible, the DPR chief negotiator Denys Pushylin has said.

“Indeed, we are taking all steps in order to be able to hold a meeting in Minsk as soon as possible. The arrangement of first holding a video conference and then a meeting suits us. We are prepared to take part in a conference by skype at any moment. We have already achieved certain agreements concerning prosoners of war exchanges. There is an understanding of the situation. We will only have to agree the political component of one of the points discussed in Minsk,” Pushylin was quoted as saying by his spokesperson.
