Ukraine has a great potential for developing organic agriculture due to the large area of unused land suitable for organic farming, an industry body said on June 21.
Ukrsadprom, an association of Ukrainian gardeners, said Ukraine currently uses only 5.3 percent of the 7.4 million hectares suitable for organic farming.
