A subdivision of Ukraine’s largest vertically integrated energy holding DTEK, owned by Ukrainian businessman Rinat Akhmetov, DTEK Oil&Gas, which produces natural gas and gas condensate, has become the owner of a 16.7 percent stake in Odesaoblenergo regional energy distribution company; the shares previously belonged to VS Energy owned by Russian businessmen.
