Interior Minister of Ukraine Arsen Avakov and Interior Minister of the Republic of Turkey Suleyman Soylu have signed a declaration on cooperation in the fight against terrorism, transnational crime and cyber threats.
The corresponding document was signed in Ankara on Sept. 4, in the scope of Avakov’s official visit to Turkey, according to the Department of Communications of the Ukrainian Interior Ministry.
