The National Bank of Ukraine (NBU) in the period from April 13 through April 17 bought $67.8 million on the interbank foreign exchange market, while a week earlier the regulator bought $327.7 million and sold $44.5 million, according to a posting on the central bank’s website.
The NBU bought the entire amount as interventions at the single exchange rate.
This week the central bank only bought foreign currency.
