The investigative volunteer community InformNapalm has analyzed Russian military files hacked by hackers from the Ukrainian Cyber Alliance (UCA), the so-called “hacktivists” responsible for hacking the email accounts of Putin’s gray cardinal Vladislav Surkov, known as #SurkovLeaks. Using the data, InformNapalm has tracked down members of Russian military brigades who took part in the occupation of Crimea.
